Will a COSI bed suit my dog’s needs?

COSI beds are designed to support dogs of all ages, sizes and lifestyles. Each bed features orthopaedic foam to help reduce pressure on joints, a built-in cooling layer to support temperature regulation, and generous padding for everyday comfort.

Whether your dog is active, ageing, recovering, or simply loves a comfortable place to rest, COSI provides a supportive, durable sleep surface designed for real life with dogs. With removable, machine-washable covers and a non-slip base, COSI is also practical for everyday living - making it a great choice for both dogs and their homes.

What sizes are available?

COSI Beds Come in Three Sizes

Small

Ideal for toy and small breeds such as Mini Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, and similar dogs under ~10kg. Compact yet supportive, with orthopaedic foam and cooling comfort - perfect for cosy corners and smaller spaces.

Medium

Well suited to medium breeds including Beagles, French Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, Staffy mixes, Border Collie mixes, and similar dogs up to ~20kg. Designed with plenty of room to curl up or stretch out comfortably.

Large

Best for larger breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Boxers, Standard Poodles, and dogs 20kg+ - or for any dog who loves to sprawl. Also ideal for multi-dog households.

All sizes feature orthopaedic support, generous padding, and our signature COSI-Cool™ technology for year-round comfort.

Is the bed machine-washable?

Yes - the COSI bed was designed with real life (and muddy paws) in mind. The outer cover is fully removable and machine-washable, making cleanup simple and stress-free. Just unzip, toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle cold, and your dog’s bed is fresh again. No fuss, no lingering odors - just comfort and cleanliness.

Is there a warranty?

All COSI beds come with: 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

10-year no-sag guarantee on our orthopaedic memory foam base - if it loses its shape or support due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.

Our Warranty Covers:

Faulty materials or workmanship. Please note that COSI Beds is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
Damage from chewing, biting, scratching, or other pet behaviour.
Stains, burns, liquid/moisture damage.
Commercial use (e.g., hotels, retail environments).
Using COSI covers on non-COSI beds (which may affect fit and performance).

We stand behind the quality of every COSI bed and truly believe you and your dog will love it as much as we do.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Love-It Guarantee. If your COSI bed isn’t quite right for you within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a refund.

To be eligible, the bed must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all original components included. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

We’ve designed COSI to be a long-lasting, supportive place for your dog to rest - and while we’re confident it will become a favourite part of your home, our customers happiness always comes first.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

COSI currently ships Australia-wide, ensuring dogs across the country can enjoy the comfort and style of our luxury beds.

We are also working on expanding our shipping to select international destinations. Stay tuned

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse, carefully packaged to ensure your COSI bed arrives in perfect condition.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all COSI orders within 2–3 business days from our Australian warehouse. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Metro Areas: 3–5 business days

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas: 10–14 business days

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your COSI bed’s journey to your door.

Please note: During peak periods, such as launches or holiday seasons, dispatch and delivery times may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated so you know when to expect your delivery.

Do you accept returns?

We want you and your pup to love your COSI bed. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the bed must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges for a different size are also available, subject to stock.
