Is The COSI suitable for other breeds too?

Absolutely! While COSI was designed with Oodles in mind, its orthopaedic support, calming comfort, and washable covers make it a great choice for many breeds - especially those with joint sensitivity. If your dog loves to lounge and you love a clean, stylish space, COSI is a perfect fit.

What sizes are available?

COSI Beds Come in Three Sizes

Small – Coming November
Perfect for Toy Cavoodles, Toy Poodles, Mini Dachshunds, and other small Oodles under ~10kg. Compact yet supportive, with orthopaedic foam and cooling comfort - ideal for cosy corners and smaller spaces.

Medium – Great for Cavoodles, Mini Groodles, Spoodles, and other Oodles up to ~20kg. Plenty of room to curl up or sprawl out.

Large – Best for Groodles, Labradoodles, Standard Poodles, and multi-dog Oodle homes. Perfect for Oodles 20kg+ or those who love to stretch.

All sizes feature orthopaedic support, generous padding, and our signature COSI-Cool™ technology.

Is the bed machine-washable?

Yes - the COSI bed was designed with real life (and muddy paws) in mind. The outer cover is fully removable and machine-washable, making cleanup simple and stress-free. Just unzip, toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle, and your dog’s bed is fresh again. No fuss, no lingering odors - just comfort and cleanliness.

Is there a warranty?

At COSI, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every COSI bed is designed to deliver long-lasting comfort, style, and support for your Oodle.

We offer a 10-Year No-Sag Mattress Core Warranty, ensuring that if the mattress core loses its shape or support due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.

In addition, all fabrics, finishes, and craftsmanship are covered by a 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty. Should your bed arrive with a defect or fail to meet our strict quality standards within this period, we will promptly resolve the issue.

Our commitment is simple: your Oodle deserves uncompromised comfort, and you deserve complete peace of mind.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

COSI currently ships Australia-wide, ensuring Oodle families across the country can enjoy the comfort and style of our luxury beds.

We are also working on expanding our shipping to select international destinations. Stay tuned- our goal is to make COSI available to Oodle lovers around the world.

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse, carefully packaged to ensure your COSI bed arrives in perfect condition.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all COSI orders within 2–3 business days from our Australian warehouse. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Metro Areas: 3–5 business days

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas: 10–14 business days

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your COSI bed’s journey to your door.

Please note: During peak periods, such as launches or holiday seasons, dispatch and delivery times may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated so you know when to expect your delivery.

Do you accept returns?

We want you (and your Oodle) to love your COSI bed. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the bed must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges for a different size are also available, subject to stock.
