Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

We understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right fit, especially when it comes to sizing for your oodle. If you’ve received your COSI Bed and haven’t yet opened the vacuum seal, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the bed must be unopened, still in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, and in brand-new condition. Any additional items (such as covers, waterproof liners, or accessories) must also be unused and in original condition.

 

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on beds where the vacuum seal has been opened
  • Used, damaged, or washed items are not eligible for return or refund
  • If you’re unsure about sizing, please don’t open the vacuum seal - reach out to us first, and we’ll help you get it right

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:

  • The vacuum seal must remain fully intact
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Covers and accessories must be unused and unwashed

For hygiene reasons, once the vacuum seal is opened, the bed expands and cannot be repackaged - and therefore cannot be accepted for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return conditions above, please email us at sales@cosibeds.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return or exchange
  • Whether you’re requesting a return or a different size

We’ll respond with step-by-step return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • Beds must be returned to our nominated address in original, sealed condition
  • If you’re located in Melbourne, we may be able to arrange a local drop-off contact us to confirm availability

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

 

 

Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your item meets all return conditions (unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, feel free to follow up with us at sales@cosibeds.com.a
