Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:
- The vacuum seal must remain fully intact
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Covers and accessories must be unused and unwashed
For hygiene reasons, once the vacuum seal is opened, the bed expands and cannot be repackaged - and therefore cannot be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return conditions above, please email us at sales@cosibeds.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return or exchange
- Whether you’re requesting a return or a different size
We’ll respond with step-by-step return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Beds must be returned to our nominated address in original, sealed condition
- If you’re located in Melbourne, we may be able to arrange a local drop-off contact us to confirm availability
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your item meets all return conditions (unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, feel free to follow up with us at sales@cosibeds.com.au
