We want you (and your Oodle) to be 100% happy with your COSI bed. If your order arrives and you realise you’ve chosen the wrong size, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, provided:
The bed is still in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and has not been opened or used. Covers, waterproof liners, blankets, and other accessories are unused and in brand-new condition.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at sales@cosibeds.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide you with return instructions. Return shipping to our Melbourne warehouse is at the customer’s expense. If you are local, returns can be arranged by appointment. Once your return is received and inspected:
If it meets our conditions, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know when you contact us.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of beds once the vacuum seal has been opened, as they cannot be repackaged. If you are unsure about the size, please do not open the packaging - contact us first and we’ll guide you.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
